Depending on the device that you're using:

Browser/desktop: after you complete a screening, on the "My Benefits" page there is an Account Number and Pin in the box at top-right. 

Phone/Android App: after you complete a screening, there is a small "hamburger" button (top left). The Account Number and PIN are in there.
