How does a counselor 'assume' a client?

Each time a client runs a Benefit Kitchen screening via the app or via a web browser, they get a unique Account Number and PIN. Clients should provide this information to their counselor.

Counselors log in at Click "Open Cases" in the upper righthand corner and then click "Assume Case". Enter the Account Number and PIN of the case you want to assume and that person will become part of your Open Cases list.
