How does an agency administrator 'assume' counselors/caseworkers into an agency?

Each counselor should set up an account. (More information about how to do that is in this article).  After a counselor sets up an account, they will receive an Account Number and PIN.

The agency administrator should log in ( using their agency administrator account, click on the "Caseworkers" tab at the top of the page, and then click on the "Assume Caseworker" button at the top of the page.

Enter the counselor's Account Number and PIN in the spaces provided. That counselor will now be a member of that agency.
